We spent an afternoon up at Mt. Saint Helens in Washington. Wow, what a sight to see, the devastion from 25 years ago and the small regrowth in the area. We drove up on a cloudy day and we were at the nearest viewing area and could not see the mountain through the clouds. We went into the visitor center and toured through it, as we came out God blew a clearing for us to see the volanco. It was clear for about five minutes, just long enough for me to snap some pictures and say "wow". We really enjoyed seeing the area. July 22, 2005
